Great microwave!

I bought this microwave to replace a 9 year old built-in and the installation was very easy. This product has many great features and is very quiet. You have the option to turn off the sound as many other microwaves do not have this option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality

I bought this in Jan 2014 but it died in May. Fixed under warranty in 2 weeks but digital display did not match the oven below, so I nagged GE customer service until they replaced the display but it took 2 months and many emails, phone calls and dealer's help to get it fixed. Then, in January 2016 it died again - no power at all. Out of warranty so I had to buy a replacement so it would match the oven - this time with extended warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Built-in Microwave

We bought this along with the trim kit when we remodeled our kitchen. It looks and works great! We already had the GE Profile range and Frig, so this really completes the kitchen appearance. Pleased with all. The previous appliances when home was built 13 years ago were all GE, which never failed on us. All were still working great, only reason to change was going with all stainless steel this time around. Very pleased with quality and durability.

Can't see control panel without additional light

I love the size, color, and power level, but the control panel needs additiona lighting or more contrast to be easily seen.

Pleased with all the GE. I like the Microwave as well, the features are great. There is one limitation I have to hit cook time every time I have to enter second I want to use it for.

HUGE interior

This unit is amazing! I have never had a microwave this quiet, that heats so quickly and can hold soooo much. Not disappointed at all !
