Good, large microwave for built in cabinet

Powerful, spacious, easy to understand and use controls. The associated trim package did not attach as described in the directions, but I did figure out how to mechanically get it set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dead after 13 months

This microwave was a complete disappointment and a surprise considering it is a GE product. It stopped heating after 13 months of use in a new home and just after the 1 year warranty expired, the timer would run but the motor would not. The unit was installed in a home for a family of 3 and was under normal use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worse Microwave ever!

I purchased this microwave in March of 2015. I required repair in April of 2015. I required repair again in December of 2015. It failed completely on 12/21/15 and has not yet been repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fine for a year now it runs when it's not on!

Yes that's confusing, but after a timed heating (say 1 minute), the microwave continues to run with no light, no table movement and no more time on the timer. You can hear it running and yes it heats things that are put in there. It worked fine for a year and a couple months but no more. Our only option is to pull the plug from it so it doesn't run nonstop. This seems more a safety issue than anything else. Unfortunately it's just out of warranty and it was a replacement for another GE microwave itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and size plus longevity

We have purchased GE appliances for several decades and have always been impressed with their efficiency, appearance and longevity. We just purchased this microwave just today but it more than meets our expectations and I'm sure it will serve us well as all your other appliances have in the years past.
