Has necessary features

The oven has all the necessary features: turntable, express cook settings. Ability to add time (add 30sec can be pushed as many times as you want) while cooking. It is also easy to change power level while cooking is in progress.

Adequate microwave

The timer on/off button is directly above the start button. Often accidentally press timer by mistake, instead of start based on button locations. There is not a light on the microwave face so difficult to see.
The open/shut microwave button often must be pushed several times to open microwave door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well but can be loud

The microwave works well and have had it about 8 months. I will say that the cost of the trim kit is outrageous and solely a profit piece. Only problem I've had is the sound level when heating something for 2 minutes or more. Rattles that were stopped by pressing some foam between the oven wall and the mounting space. For the money it shouldn't rattle. Other than that it works as advertised.

Broke after 2.5 years in service

Very disappointed, the microwave was supplied by the builder of my new house and just died after only 2 1/2 years of use.
