This microwave has surpassed or equals the performance of other microwaves I have used over the years. Love the appearance of this appliance, very sleek looking and seems very durable.

Prone to fail often

I bought the same one after the first broke done one year after we moved in into a brand new house where the microwave was already installed and brand new, the one i bought to replace the 1 year old microwave broke down twice and it is still 2 months old!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the new microwave. My favorite feature is having the ability to control the beeping volume or not having it on at all. This is wonderful if you have a little one in the house. Easy to use and lots of co personalized features.

Good replacement

Bought this to replace an earlier model that died after three years. Would give five stars but the turn table has an annoying rattle when in operation. Hope this lasts more than three years.

Like the look but noisy

The microwave works just fine but it is quite noisy. The appearance is good with the slate finish.
