Built in microwave

We bought this particular microwave and trim kit so this microwave could go into a wall of cabinets. It looks great and works well but doesn't have too many options available. We have a convection oven in our RV and it has truly spoiled me and this is bland compared to it. I don't think it's very powerful but it does heat food, pops popcorn, but don't see it being wonderfully successful with much more. On its behalf...haven't tried to do more than that either. It's kind of small compared to our RV microwave but we wanted it built into cabinets so this was best choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works fine, although we've had a little trouble adjusting to the increased power it has over our old one. It is also a little bigger (physically) than our old one and just barely fits in the space we have available.

This is my 3rd GE microwave. I hope it's my last. Serves basic needs, but its funky door is a constant annoyance, always getting stuck in the grill kit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works fine. Has lost more power then expected on a 1100 watt microwave. Tested much lower then rated. Works well enough for our needs.

Replacement for a 13 year old GE Profile unit.

Good looking unit and it fit into the same space as the older unit. That was the deciding reason for the purchase aside from the GE brand.

Good microwave but door not aligned properly

The microwave does a great job heating and it looks great. I would prefer the buttons such as Cook Time and Power Level to be bigger and more prominent. I don't use the MyPlate and other buttons. Not sure if it was an install issue or the oven but you generally have to push the door closed at the top of the door for it to close completely. There is just the slightest misalignment.
