Looks Wonderful in New Kitchen

Installed in our newly built home. Easy to use and is much larger inside than I expected. Cooked kiddos' food just perfectly. They also enjoy it more than our previous one since its easier for them to use also.

Microwave is solid

The microwave is good solid microwave. Does what you would expect, so not sure what to add to that. However, if you want to use it as a built in, the optional kit for making it a built in, is cheaply designed, and not well thought through, so I will focus there. If I were to review the kit by itself... One star. Cheaply made, flexy (not like my previous stainless steel frame, this thing is plasticy with a thin SS overlay. To affix the frame to the rest of the kit, you have to align screws in a very not comfortable, or easy way, especially considering if you are doing it as a built in, there is a good chance its above your stove, as it was for me. This means lots of dropping of screws, finding of short screw drivers, one person screws, while a second pushes the frame to align with the hole, and god forbid you ever need to take it out (like maybe it flips the surge protector due to a power surge...) Just sayin,
Also after installed, you can see little dimples in the corners of the inside of the fame. Cheap stuff.
But again, this review is mainly of the microwave. It works well... <venting off>

We purchase this microwave to replace our old one which was a Sharp microwave, that lasted 35 years. We hope this microwave last as long.

size and capacity is perfect

I bought my first one less than 3 years a go from Pacific Sale and it start arching and stop working.
I was very disappointed!
They said that the life expectancy of GE microwave is about 3 years.
When I bought the second one just to fit into my existing kitchen cabinet cavity
and spacing, I have to get an extended warranties which I think it wasn't fair.
