DO NOT BUY! BREAKS QUICKLY!

I bought 2 microwave ovens that are not used frequently. The first one broke in a year and the second lasted 3 years. I called a repair person and they are not repairable. I bought 2 GE Profile microwaves for the same spot and they did not last long either. These are built-in microwaves so they are expensive to replace. It is frustrating when an expensive item breaks quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stop Heating after 3 years

I believe they should last longer especially when you pay that much for a microwave. Builder installed this in my kitchen along with the trim. I will invest money to remove this bad product from my kitchen along with the trim and get a reputable brand.
You are not holding me, hostage, to your product because of this trim.

Good while it lasts

Had to replace the power supply once. Now, in year 5, it won't warm 50% of the time until you bang on the keypad just right. Likely some sensor that's busted internally.
At this price range there is no reason to have a tech come out as it will cost nearly the same thing as replacing it.
Spend a bit more and get better quality with another brand.

Did not last, broke down twice!

This product looked good when we purchased a brand new home; however, it broke down after a year of ownership. It was then repaired and broke down again now. When you open the door, the round turntable kept rotating and you can hear the motor and fan. It could be dangerously leaking and harm human or pets.
