Happy to have a new color

I've bought this microwave because of the new slate color that only GE seems to have at this time. I wanted something other than stainless or white.

Everything I expected except for one thing. The defrost does not have different levels for the different meats. I ended up cooking chicken instead of defrosting.

Overall very happy with this product. We didn't select (came with our new build home), but no complaints. It integrates well with multiple appliance styles (ours a bit mixed), and it has some very basic but good operating functions.

Exact Replacement

This model was the exact replacement for the GE unit the builder installed eight years ago but had begun to rust . I had to order the installation trim separately which was a pain to locate.

We move into our new David Weekley home in May 2014 Computer board went out in August and here it is Sept. 24 and still waiting to get it fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
