Easy, efficient, excellent

Initially we were going to buy the smaller one- but it was out of stock, so got the larger size- it is GREAT! can reheat several dishes at a time. Easy, efficient settings, like all the setting choices, heats/ reheats evenly- overall perfect

Constant problems

We've had service visits on it twice, replaced it once and we're about to order another service visit on it. All within warranty. The microwave seems to have lost strength in power - doesn't heat as quick as it used to. Same problem with the last one !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisier than last year's model

The Builder accidentally installed last year's model. When we discovered that we had it replaced. I liked the previous model better.
I would also prefer that the timer keep beeping until turned off (like last year's did).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
