Great customer service

We had this model installed with our new house. It failed within 1.5 months and GE service had it replace within 3 business days. Really wonderful service!

Display broke out of the box. Microwave display is gibberish and won't display numbers correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works fine. The Timer beep only beeps once

Works fine. Unfortunately the timer beep, just has a short one pulse beep, so we always miss it. Our previous GE microwave beeped several times.

We had the same product in an older model. It lasted eight years. We liked it and appreciated a reviewer mentioning that the old frame would possibly fit the new microwave. We were happy to find it did! Thanks, reviewer!

Our 2004 Model died and we decided to go with the same look with the replacement. New model is FRESH to the max! Glad we decided to stick with GE.
