Perfect Fit

Replaced a previous GE microwave of 18 yrs, needed the same size to fit over the apartment size stove in our beach house.

Not as nice as my old one

This replaced a 10 yr model like it same size. Seems much cheaper, plastic & all. Button to open door I don't like. Have to push hard & all the way in to open door. At first I thought how quite, but 3rd use, got very loud. So the quite didn't last long. Tried popcorn in the bag. It took forever it seemed to start popping. Then finally did then did seem like it wouldn't cut off. It did cut off finally & gave me error message & burnt popcorn. Burnt our sweet potato. Nothing close to its predecessor. I always try to figure why when they have a good thing going they go cheap & lousy.
Also the first one I got was dented in the side. The box was not damaged but the microwave was dented. Took it back & ordered another one.

If you continue to receive error codes, please try disconnecting power on your microwave at the power source for about 30 seconds to reset the electronics.
If service is needed, your model comes with a full one year warranty from the factory that will cover any manufacturing issue. Service appointments may be scheduled through our following link:

Easy Installation

Had the older model for 13 years and was sorry to see it stop working. New model doing great with easy built-in installation. Looking forward to years of great service. Runs so quiet sometimes I forget it is even on.

Wow, small...compact and powerful

Wow, the only size that would fit in a specific shelf in the kitchen. At first, size from the picture had me concerned however, once I got it I was impressed on how compact but room it was. Also, how quiet it runs and how good it heats food. Highly recommended.

GE - A Great Standby

We had a GE microwave for 24 years and when it died we wanted another GE. This Profile Series was the only one that fit our under the cabinet cut out. Shapes and sizes have changed a lot. So far, we are adapting to the new purchase - don't have to press start, sensor feature is still confounding us, the flat input pad is not as responsive as our old one, but all in all, it will probably fit our needs. Wish I could give a more hearty endorsement, perhaps I will once I become accustomed to it, but it does seem that the fancier things get, the less we want to use them. Basically, I want to reheat things or warm them up, like a cup of tea. There's no reheat code for bread like the old one, only for pizza, plate, and a variety of meats. The height on this model is not sufficient, but the only alternative requires a really deep and wide space that we cannot accommodate. Hoping it all works out.

So very happy with the trim package and how it is built into the cabinets. Plenty large for what we need it to do.
