Nice compact microwave

I purchased this to hang from the cabinets and then decided I did not like that look. So, I set it on the county and I am please with the appearance; non-bulky. It is compact and quiet and perfect to a family of three.

It's a wimp.

Got to give it to GE-they have cornered the market on being the only choice for exact installation sizing requirements. The microwave has less features than the GE it replaced and cost way more than it should have. Less wattage too. Another only-choice product. Overall, I am grateful they made one that fit.

Our only choice

Unfortunately due to our built in size restrictions, this microwave is our only choice. Our first one last about 12 years so pretty good. Being our only option, this size comes with a premium price! Overall it is a good microwave, though not very big for the price. One change since the last model we had - when you set the timer it only beeps once unlike our old one that beeped periodically in case you weren't nearby on the first beep.

Very disappointed. Was replacing my built in JEM31 and had to rework my cabinetry as this microwave is 3/4 inch taller. In comparison to the original, feels much cheaper, and has less features including an even smaller turntable. I would expect more from the Profile series, as I can find a better microwave for significantly less money elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this microwave for about a month, at first I was concerned that it wouldn't have enough wattage, However, once it was installed (built-in) it has performed great. I would recommend it to anyone needing a new microwave.

Good, solid product

I bought this microwave because I needed one to be mounted under the cabinet. It works well. My only complaint -- and this is true of many -- is that the identifying words on the buttons are small and indistinct. I have to memorize which is which because they are not clearly legible. Why can't they be lighted?
