Love this microwave

I bought this microwave as a Christmas present for my wife and it was very well received. It fits the microwave cubby perfectly and has sensor cooking for heating up a variety of different things like pop corn, coffee and leftovers. Just the best mid-size microwave ever!

Replacement unit

My old GE profile , installed 7/04, finally died after exhibiting some odd-ball behavior. I found the new profile was the same size and luckily the trim kit fit in the cabinet. The install was easy after all the parts came in but the new unit appears to be of lower wattage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not touch and go

Definitely need to read the manual before you use this microwave. Example the reheating features. Microwave seems to work fine but there is a learning curve as far as using the proper settings for what you want

Perfect Fit !!

Bought this for my wife for Xmas to match our new kitchen appliances. Selling point was the size which fit PERFECTLY where I needed it to, tough finding these dimensions. Have only used a couple of times so far but very quiet and efficient. Still learning features but so far very pleased but that is why I didn't score higher. Shipping was unbelievably quick, LOVE that service !!

Purchased this product to replace a PEM31 that we used for over 6 years. The old one was fully operable but the ceiling was flaking paint badly. Hopefully, that problem has been resolved in the new one. We like this microwave and its performance. Even the 800 watt power level is more to our liking. One of the overwhelming factors in purchasing the original and the replacement is the size, particularly the depth, which conserves counter or shelf space. The only negative factor on the new one is the lack of optical clarity in the control button labeling. GE and other manufacturers need to realize that all users do not have 16-year old eyes More contrast is needed in a black product like this. Other than that, this is an excellent product.

Replaced a GE "Space Saver"

We needed a microwave to fit under kitchen cabinets in a small space. This is the only one I could find on the market today (other than very small counter-top models) which would fit.Turned out to be priced competitively with similarly powered and similarly featured microwaves and has a good warranty.
This microwave does all the basics. It looks good and has the programmability necessary for convenience foods as well as performance for simple cooking duties. We use it primarily for re-heating. It does everything advertised well. No complaints.
This unit replaced a 20-year-old "Space Saver" model from GE and we are hoping the replacement "Profile Series" lasts as long as the original!
The only problem I ran into was that this unit is not a one-for-one replacement with the original. It is a half-inch taller than that 20-year-old and so I had to do some custom cabinetry adjustments. Just as well I did it, because now the ventilation is better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
