This is the only microwave with a short and shallow depth shape, which makes it unique and therefore relatively expensive. It works well, is attractive, and fits my exisitng shlef.
I would recommend this to a friend!

JUST INSTALLED TODAY. IT SEEMS BETTER (STURDIER) THAN THE PRIOR SIMILAR GE MODEL WHICH IT REPLACED. THE OTHER ONE GOT DESTROYED BY FOOD THAT ACCIDENTALLY CAUGHT FIRE. THE ONLY HITCH FOR THIS ONE IS THAT IT'S 1/4 INCH WIDER THAN THE OLD ONE, AND I HAD TO DO SOME CUTTING AND SANDING OF BUILT-IN CABINETRY TO GET IT INTO THE SAME PLACE THE OLD ONE WAS. MY WIFE SAYS THIS ONE LOOKS NICER AND IS MORE SOLID.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice microwave but control buttons are not sensitive enough, have to press them hard or repeatably to enter time/numbers

Great size for smaller cabinets

Works great. Was the only microwave available that would fit our cabinets. Waiting on trim kit to finish the project!

Good but with shortcomings

I wish the touch pad was back lit so I could see it in a dark kitchen.
I wish it was once again 1000 watts instead of the "new and improved" 800 watts.
Many frozen meals (ex: Marie Calendar pot pies) warn against cooking in a below 1000 watt MW.
