This is a new microwave. Still under warranty. But sometimes it heats and sometimes it doesn’t. If I call the technician out guaranteed it will heat and I’ll be charged for the call. It won’t even pop popcorn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good features, nice appearance. But even though it is listed as the exact same size as the GE model I replaced, the trim kit of the old model is 1/4 inch too short, so I have to buy a new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The space saver model is perfect my kitchen. Only needed to replace mine after my daughter cooked with a metal bowl And all the paint on the top is chipping off. This new model is so quiet!

I needed a new unit for under my cabinet on the counter. My previous one was a GE Profile as well, (over 7 years old), which gave me great service. This is a perfect unit, somewhat smatt with all the great features of a much larger unit.

Perfect size for cabinet

This is a great microwave, but as many others have noted, the door does not fit seamlessly when closed. I thought I would get lucky and that the flaw would have been corrected after so many reviews noting it.
Anyway, I am keeping it as it is the only one to fit the dimensions I needed in a kitchen remodel.

I have used he profile appliances for the last 17 years and have always loved them. The last he profile microwave I purchased lasted 17 years without any issues. The new microwave replaced that model so I purchased it. All of the features seem the same and easy to use. My only problem has been that the door sticks sometimes when trying to open it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
