Fits my existing space

I loved my last 1.1 cubic foot GE microwave and was very upset when the digital touch panel quit working. I tried and tried to find a small microwave to fit the space in my cabinets. Finally I found this one. It fits the hole pretty well. My only complaints are that it seems rather noisy and isn’t very powerful. I wish it had a higher wattage like my old one and wasn’t so noisy during operation. I love the one touch keypad on GE microwaves and won’t give that up. All in all I am reasonably happy as it fills the existing space and works fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GE microwave

Not as solidly built as our previous microwave which was the exact same model. Very loud when the door is closed, timer only rings once, rather than multiple times. Just seems like a less expensive model, and it wasn’t less expensive!

Compact and works great!

This microwave is compact and fits perfectly in the built-in space above our kitchen counter. I love that the interior is spacious enough to fit a large plate or 5" high casserole dish, yet looks small from the outside. And the controls are simple and straight forward.

It Fit Our Space

We bought it based on comments from previous purchasers who said it’s actual dimensions were less than advertised by GE. It fit perfectly into our custom shelves. I’d prefer more than the 800 watts but it cooks everything in just about the same time as our old 1100 watt GE microwave.

Overall is good but low cooking power

Nice design and good quality. My only complain is the cooking power. It takes almost double the time to heat up anything than the conventional average microwaves.

We have a small shelf in our kitchen and our precious microwave overwhelmed the space. This microwave is wide and tall but shallow! So it fits on the shelf with extra space. We are so happy.
