Nice microwave, but black buttons are difficult to read.
Wish the buttons were lighter, or lit up when using.

Doesn't vent properly - it stays "wet" inside no matter what food item I heat or cook - I ordered a GE Profile - but this only has GE painted on the front - loved my last "Profile" - this one doesn't hold a candle to my other Profile.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Happy with Microwave

Only had it one day, but like it as well, or better, than previous model. My previous GE Profile was same model, but I like the enhancements that have been made since 2008.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but could be better

This unit replaced a Monogram ZEM which was also a Spacemaker II. slower performancee and less intuitive controls. Still having trouble with Starting Vegetable sensor cook. Usually have to try several times before I apparently enter correct sequence. Have read U&C, doesn’t help.
But is quieter..

I purchased this GE Microwave as a replacement for my GE Spacemaker II Sensor which I purchased in 2006. This replacement is very close in look and design as compared to my old one. Also, the dimensions were perfect to fit exactly into the above the counter cabinet space. I hope it serves me as well as my previous one. I believe in the GE appliance reliability. The only thing I do not care for is that the buttons to activate all the functions require a lot of extra pressure to engage them as compared to the older model I replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All the push buttons had changed positions from the last
Profile microwave we thought we had replaced and we are not happy with it. They are also harder to read.

I had a small space to fit a microwave in and this one fit the bill. It looks great - I also got the trim kit - and it's very quiet. Just what I needed.
