Disappointing

Replaced existing GE Profile 27 inch microwave. Required to purchase new trim kit. New microwave has1/4 less power of older unit (800 vs 1100). New unit and trim much cheaper looking in appearance than replaced unit. Control pad not easy to read.
Disappointed.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good features, nice replacement of our old one

We had used the GE microwave for almost ten year. We bought the this similar model in August to replace it. The new product added few good features which are handy.

I bought this microwave because it was the only one that would fit a cabinet space. The only problem I’ve found is that some buttons are very hard to activate!

Older unit replacement

Replaced an older GE Microwave we had for 14 years. With custom cabinets, this unit form factor was very close and worked. I would expect this unit to last as long as the last one ... nothing beats a strong track record.
I would recommend this to a friend!
