It seems like it doesn’t heat up as fast as it should. Takes a few minutes to actually heat up a cup of coffee. Otherwise, it’s an alright microwave. Looks great!

Not sure if I would purchase this again.

I realized after 5 months that my popcorn and beverage settings weren't working properly. That was the first time I tried them. A tech came to the house, identified the problem and said I would hear from GE. I had to call them to find out the case was closed. Another tech came out, verified the problem but couldn't get the part. They finally sent me a new microwave. I tested it on the beverage setting by putting a cup of water in it. It cooked for about 3 minutes and automatically started the timer again for 3 more minutes. That is not normal. The popcorn sensor seems to work fine. Everything else works. I still need to get use to setting the timer and opening and shutting the door after after a certain time limit to reset timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our new GE replaced the exact same Model Microwave we had installed 15 years earlier which would still be working if our son hadn’t place his snow mittens which were ladened with metal inside of them. Although they look identical, this new one had so many features the older model didn’t. We use it every day.

Flimsy and cheaply made

I needed a shallow depth microwave to fit in a cabinet mount replace my GE Monogram microwave which died after 21 years. I am so disappointed with this model but I cannot remodel my kitchen to accommodate a standard size microwave.
Please bring back your high end Monogram line!

I had a GE spacesaver since 2003 and it quit working. I am not happy with the new microwave mounting and it sticks out about 1 inch from my cabinet.
