Compact and quiet

We replaced our other exact model doe this one due to the cabinet shelf space. It’s even quieter than the old one and I like the reheat features.

Not as good as our old GE Profile microwave

We were replacing our GE profile and went for whatever would fit our built in space and were told this was the replacement. We didn’t realize until we had it in that it was only 800 watts and our old one was 1000. It works fine, but the door latch is very noisy and clunky.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just ok microwave

I replaced this with my former model that I really liked. This one has a strong plastic smell, and it’s very loud as well as the light inside is not as bright as my former one. Not totally pleased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cabinet Depth Microwave

This is one of the only cabinet depth microwaves that is large enough to fit full size plates and looks great. Unfortunately had to replace it after only 3 years since the fan kept running when the microwave was open on the last one. Cost to fix didn't justify just buying a new one even though this is an expensive model. Would like to see some improvements to this model and better quality considering the price.

Great features, functionality and looks

Replaced a 30 year (working well) microwave to match our new GE Induction range/convection oven. Works great, very quiet and stylish. Do somewhat miss handle on older model vs push-button door release. It seems less durable, but easy to keep clean.

Overall this microwave oven has nice features. It replaces our former unit which was GE Spacemaker and lasted 34 years! It works very well once one understands all controls and features.
One downside is that closing door makes a very loud bang - much louder than prior.
I would recommend this to a friend!
