Open button does not work well.

I've had to modify the door opening mechanism in order to get it to work easily. Disappointing from a brand new product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice...but....

I love the look, however when I try to set the timer, it automatically goes to whatever number I press first. For example if I want 30 seconds, and I press 3 - it will automatically start for 3 minutes. Frustrating....Maybe I just need to read the manual...but it's a microwave...it shouldn't be that complicated

We are happy with the microwave. This is my 2nd one, same appliance. The last one only lasted 5 years. I hope this one will outperform that.

My second model PEM31DF - first one lasted 8 years - this one is not the same quality - the door doesn't open properly- it sticks & you must push the door button again - other wise great features & simple to use - hope it lasts as long & the door works better after a bit of break-in time

We had a small spot for a microwave and this microwave fit beautifully. Like the clean lines and the buttons that allow 1-5 minutes to be added by just pressing one button. Also like the "add 30 sec" button. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Mounted under a cabinet, used the specified mounting kit, the plug (@ the microwave) sticks about beyond the specified spacers for the wall… used the maximum depth spacers, worked great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
