Noisy…first one didn’t work….second one hard to install…words show up half written…letters not complete…low power….instructions incomplete

I have a very limited space and needed a small yet powerful microwave. This microwave proved to be exactly what I needed to compliment my new kitchen. We love the features it comes with and the sleek look. Great microwave if you’re limited on space like we are

But I've received NO communication from anyone at GE. Was hoping to speak to someone there BEFORE I purchased a replacement.

Wattage and under cabinet feature

This under cabinets microwave is much better at 800 Watts.The undercounter GE microwave we replaced was 700 Watts. The size of the trurntable is smaller than the former GE and the bolt spacing, or alighment is substantially different and not a rectangle as the prevous one was. The hanging bolts for a "trapezium" (type of trapezoid) making it difficult to measure for drilling bolt holes in the cabinet. The width and depth are the same but it is longer by about 3.5 inches.

Fits Perfect

The Microwave fit perfectly on a 12" wide shelf for a small apartment constructed above our garage, which is the reason we purchased this model. Our larger GE microwave in the main house has been reliable for 15 years now, so we decided to stick with the GE Profile line!

Needed a microwave that was a slimmer size. This microwave works like a larger model in a slim size. Love it!!
