Compact and quiet

The microwave is easy to use, compact and very quiet. It us installed in a cabinet and we purchased separately the trim kit. We have not used it every day yet but, so far, we are happy with it. The door though is very loud when you close it. That, so far, is the only negative.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love our new microwave. The color was what we were looking for our last microwave was black and we chose the slate black. Beautiful color!

This microwave works great. The sensor cooking and automatic cooking times are accurate. I really like things being cooked but not over cooked.

Microwave button still delicate and wobbly

I had earlier model that had issue with wobbly button that broke eventually in 2 years of usage. This model does not have improvements over previous version.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there, we're so sorry to hear you had to have your initial microwave replaced and that you're still finding the button to be delicate. We can certainly understand how aggravating this would be, so please know we'll be sure to pass your comments along to our product development team for them to look into as well.
In addition, please know it is best to open the door by pressing the center of door latch release. When pressing in areas off center and further from center, the door latch is more difficult to operate. This is normal operation for the microwave.

Good for above counter

We replaced our old above-the-range microwave (switched to a hood) and got this microwave mainly to keep it off the counter. Hung it from the bottom of a cabinet and it works great there. The only downside is the door is opened using a push "bar" and the door does not have a handle. Thus there are smears on the stainless front from fingers that need to be wiped off continually. A door handle would be better. Plus it was considerably more $ than the other countertop units.

Great replacement for my 20 year old spacemaker

My original spacemaker needed to be replaced after 20 years, and this is a great replacement. It's a bit bigger than the original, but it still fit under the counter for me. The sensor cooking has been greatly improved, and it cooks well for an 800 watt microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only microwave that fits in a cabinet space.
Had same model previously for 15 years. The newer model is lower in wattage however runs well and seems to heat fine.
Better looking model as well-added stainless!
