Power lower

Love the size to fit in a narrow cabinet and gave me more counter space. The turntable seems to be a little unstable,but rotated ok. Seem to have problem with power for 30second control. Sometimes my morning muffin warms up as expected, other times the muffin is still cold. Haven’t been able to figure out why.
The door open and close very noisy- seems very tinny.

Fit’s the old space perfectly!

Under cabinet mounted, opened up much needed counter space. 9” square plates are not an option!

Spacesaver handles the daily duties

For the limited reheating I need from a microwave, I did not want to tie up over the range space with anything other than a higher powered vent hood. The Spacesaver does what I need to do with a microwave and from a much less evident kitchen location.

Wish it was smaller. Wanted a low profile to go under cabinet but there isn’t one made that matches my appliances so I settled for counter model.

Some disappointing drawbacks

The previous model was installed when the home was built in 2005. Over time, the door hinge failed and the roof of the interior disintegrated, and was replaced by this model on 1/15/22. GE did not keep the same exact dimensions for the replacement model, so that it did not fit correctly into the precious space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
