Seriously underpowered

This won’t pop a bag of popcorn. It takes 3 minutes to boil 8 ounces of water. So frustrating, it’s next to worthless. The salesman told me it had 1000 watts; I didn’t realize that nail it was installed with all the packaging gone that it is only 800.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We can understand how disappointing it can be to not have an appliance meet your expectations and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Please know liquids, such as water, coffee or tea are able to be overheated beyond the boiling point without appearing to be boiling. Visible bubbling or boiling when the container is removed from the microwave oven is not always present so be careful when removing hot mugs.
If your popcorn needs to be heated for a longer time you may adjust the cook time settings.

Simple sleek fingers crossed

I find The button to open the door is a bit stiff to push and the door feels very light, given the premium price I would’ve liked a more substantial feel. I haven’t really used it much yet but the look is perfect, fit is perfect and the design is easy for everyone to use. I love the fact that you can turn the turntable off and I can’t wait to see how the Sensor Cook feature works, hoping it makes up for the low 800 watts….and hoping it has a great useful life for the price…

I love the slick look of it

I searched for a long time to find a Profile GE microwave as I needed a certain size to fit into my cabinetry. The newer on e are much bigger especially in depth. The 800 wattage is not smaller than I wanted.

Really like this microwave. I had it's previous model for 12 years and had no problems with it. Has a couple of minor differences but pretty much the same. One big change was the mounting holes are in different places I had to drill new holes in my cabinets .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Compact and hangable

This is the 3rd GE space maker microwave I have purchased in the last 35 years. I have a small kitchen with no counter space. I loved that you can hang it.
