I like the features but it be confusing at times

mounting screw holes are wrong size. Side panel of oven oven vibrates when oven starts up.

We do see that you had a previous version of this model, and when it comes to mounting kits we highly recommend buying the current version of the kit even if you already had a previous version of it. In case you are using an older version of the mounting kit, you can purchase the current version here:

This is the 3rd microwave just like this we have owned. They do not take up as much space and yet you can fit any dish inside with no problems.

Perfect Depth for Cabinet

Perfect cabinet depth replacement for our 15 year old microwave. Delivered right to the house in good shape although did have a small panel on the bottom hanging loose.

The older version was awesome. New version has tinny door plus it bangs shut. Control panel impossible to see since its covered in dark glass. I miss my old one. This was the only one that fit our cabinet opening.
