Features performed as expected. It surprised me to find out, upon delivery, that the standard installation holes do not match the installt5ion template. I ordered an under the counter installation kit but couldn't use it since the template did not match. I finally installed it....but not without quite a few hours of labor.

Smaller than expected

This unit seemed bigger in store. But as soon as it was installed and we placed a large plate in it, it went from end to end and would not rotate. It also has a lower output wattage so it does take longer than normal to heat things up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
