I needed an undercabinet microwave. The measurements were similar to the ones. It's okay for heating food. The instruction when getting ready to use are not simple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Control Panel Issue

The numbers and words on the control panel are not very bright and hard to read. They should be a brighter color or have illumination in the background.

Beautiful design !

GE is well known for its quality and service. We also selected a beautiful GE cooktop to compliment our kitchen renovation. We had previously purchased an entire set of GE appliances fir our daughter’s kitchen do when it was time to update you ur kitchen we immediately turned to GE.

Replace one that was 17 yr old, same model

This replacement is for 17 yr old model. Perfect size for my built in shelf. After looking at others came back to this same model, didn’t disappoint. Only difference is I believe it is a lower wattage the my old one but so far not an issue

Looks better than previous GE Profile

We like the sleeker appearance of current GE profile. New model is stainless steel and black. Previous model broke down after 12 years. Latch broke down; microwave came on by itself. Hope we don’t have issues like that with new microwave

Best match for our GE Over-the-Range; poor service

When we decided to remove our over-the-range GE microwave we looked for a similar GE unit that would provide the best feature match for the available space. Even though it has a lower power output than we have to become accustomed to, this unit is a good match and works well. We are disappointed that it is not a domestic product.

GE makes powerful products..and the hanging undercabinet gives takes space which was unuseable. Thanks for making a long lasting product GE!!
