Great microwave!

Mediocre at Best

I had a GE Prifle previously and it was great. This is very "tinny" and cheaply made, sounding hollow when opening or closing the door. I would not purchase again and would look for something in the showroom rather than order online. I thought GE was a great company with great products. The first time I used it, I cut my hand badly due to extremely sharp corners. Had to file them down.

A replacement of an earlier model

We purchased this microwave as a replacement to an earlier model It has similar features. The defrost feature works well as t=does the reheat. The keypad is less responsive than the previous model. And the 'under the counter brackets' require drilling different hoes in the cabinet base.

Excellent microwave

Replaced an old GE microwave with this one and so far it works great. Just like the old one and we hope it lasts equally as long. Only hiccup is the trim kit doesn't fit but we have a solution.
I would recommend this to a friend!
