We bought our microwave in January 2015. I trust the GE name and reputation however I have a couple concerns. There are no options for additional settings.

Just one hiccup

We've had this for a few months and it works great. We just had one hiccup at the beginning in that after it was installed, it was very noisy. We lived with it for a few weeks, then had a GE repairman come out. Turns out the motor mount was loose and it just required turning a few screws to firm everything up. Works great now.

When it was 8 months old it suddenly quit. Turned out to be a major, Magnatron (?). It was still under warranty and was repaired free but it took three weeks to get the part. It is simple to use, I like that. We'll see how it holds up in the future.

Turntable is not timed to co inside with timer. Our old Litton oven was a better design.
