I wished it made better popcorn in my plastic corn popper, like my last GE did, but this microwave is a little larger and cooks the popcorn a little slower, but it does an excellent job on other foods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with Profile Series

Inconvenient, not enough 1 or 2 push controls, Ex: Warm & Hold takes 5 different buttons. Heating something for 30 seconds, take 3 different buttons. Several other conveniences are absents that were on the 11 yr old model it replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are times that sometimes the sensor gives an error when heating. Ex: pushed the beverage button and while heating, just suddenly gave an error message.
The popcorn button when pushed, doesn't pop all the kernels. I used to have an old GE model of microwave and did an excellent job with the popcorn feature.

timer only beeps once

Timer only beeps once, if I'm not standing right there, I miss it. Old microwave kept beeping - much better.
