This is my second microwave I bought. The other one I had it for 1 yr. & 7 months. I purchased another one just like it the same model #. I hope this one last a lot longer. The reason I purchased the same one was because of the frame mounting kit so i would not have to purchase another kit frame which would have cost another additional 100 + extra. With this being said I went ahead and purchased the extra overage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large Interior - Works Great

Very satisfied with this product. Love the slate color, looks great, has a very roomy interior and works as it should. Have had no problems with this microwave.

Didn't last 4 months before getting a total replacement.it was put in custom cabinet was quite a project

Love the Slate color and had an issue with the turntable scraping. Excellent service experience and swift replacement process. New unit works perfectly.

GE was very helpful in finding a replacement for a built in that was over 15 years old to fit in the same opening. Only issue was that delivery date was delayed 2 times, else very nice appliance.
