Great Built-in replacement

I needed to replace a built-in microwave/convection oven that died. We never used the convection features, and wanted a good quality, yet simpler microwave that would fit in the same opening. This one fit the opening well and does everything we need.

Intermittently will not heat food

Have this built in microwave as part of a new construction home. The microwave intermittently will not heat food. Will run for 10 minutes and the microwave exterior gets hot but food is still ice cold. This has happened about 6-7 times the past 2 months. Microwave is only 9 months old. Should not have these problems on a new product. Highly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
