I love the features on this. You can just select one of several options and it does the thinking for you. No thinking, which is great for me, because I don't have time to think about heating up food!

So good we bought a second

Our first one lasted about 10 years of VERY heavy use. We tried a different model but really missed the features of this one. So after 2 weeks we took the other one back and got this model again.

This is the warranty replacement for the GE Profile microwave that lasted only about 10 months. Wouldn't have chosen GE again but, but at least this one was free.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wouldn't Have Anything Else!

Sold our house after 12 years, and the GE microwave still worked perfectly. In less than 30 days, we trashed another brand in a rental house. For our newly built home, only GE microwave would do.. Buttons are logical. Love the +30 seconds feature. Heats evenly. Cleans easily. Expect this one to have a long life, as well!
