Just purchased the microwave - have other GE Profile large appliances. Microwave seems easy and intuitive to use. Smaller profile than my previous microwave makes it more attractive - larger cooking area inside microwave added to the decision to purchase - love the 2.2 cubic space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this microwave for a little over a month and the door does not shut all the way. I have to push the top of the door to get it to shut properly. Extremely disapointed in the quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trim kit

Have just installed the microwave and matching trim kit. Haven't had a chance to use the microwave as the kitchen is not done -- but the trim kit is very cheap and already looks warped across the bottom.

Disappointed in this Upgrade Unit

I upgraded from a smaller GE Microwave because the latter was continuing to have a recurring problem with the turntable motor making a clicking sound. Other than that, the original microwave was great. This replacement upgrade GE Microwave does everything the previous GE microwaves we have owned EXCEPT only notifies you one time (one ring) when the timer is set and goes off. If you don't happen to be in hearing range at the specific time the timer goes off, your food/liquid just sits in the microwave until you realize it stopped running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
