Great Microwave!

I made a great choice choosing this microwave. Lots of great features. A little bit of a learning curve to get used to how to use the touch pad though. The instructions that came with do not explain all the options on the touch pad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fits old style trim plate

Thanks GE for keeping the holes the same to match my 10 year old microave enabling me to use the old trim plate! This unit is same size, but 500 watts less.

I replaced my still-working GE microwave since I replaced matching double ovens with different color (stainless). This one fits into the same wall hole using the separately purchased face panel kit. It was pretty complicated to install the kit, but result looks very good. It matches the double ovens well. Performance-wise, it's very powerful (much more so than the old GE I replaced). So far, very pleased. I only gave 4 stars since the face panel kit was rather pricey for what it does.

Love the interior size over the GE Profile Performance I replaced. I installed myself and had to re-measure the trim kit schematic to center, but when tweaked, looks great. Be careful when cleaning the inside heating panel on right side to not scratch or damage it or it can cause the panel to flame up. The panel is replaceable but if you're careful, it's fine. Only complaint is the cost of the trim kit compared to the cost of the oven. Trim kits are almost as much as the microwave itself. Couple pieces of metal compared to an entire microwave. Only reason gave 4 stars for value. But it looks nice.

Please bring back BISQUE!!

My two year old GE version of this countertop microwave has died, RIP. It is in bisque color, as are my refrigerator, wall oven, and dishwasher. I came here to select a replacement microwave and I am dismayed to find no countertop microwaves in BISQUE available anymore! Please bring back the bisque which matches all my other appliances! Is there a possibility bisque will soon return? Are there any of the old bisque models stored away in a warehouse somewhere waiting for a customer who needs one to match all their other appliances?? Please let me know!
