No soften or melt feature

I have owned several microwaves and this is missing a key feature that I need on a daily basis. No melt or soften feature.

The more I use it the more I like it. It is very impressive after putting my 22 year old one to rest. It works faster and yet more evenly, so I've had to adjust for that.

Excellent, stylish microwave

We had to replace our old combo oven/microwave for a two piece unit. Required some cabinet modification, but the installation instructions were spot on as far as required dimensions are concerned. Fits like a glove, looks great with the matching GE oven, and works way better than our current microwave. Couldn't be happier!

I had this microwave for a little over a year now--light use--and it no longer works. I am not going to buy another GE Microwave.

Replaced previous GE Microwave

This was purchased to replace a previous GE microwave that had given years of service. The only feature I would change is to make the timer sound continuously until it is shut off. I really appreciate all the features and ease of use.

Fingerprints and smudges

Included with our new home. Microwave is not treated to resist fingerprints and smudges and shows every time it is touched. Trim kit does not fit properly leaving a large gap between unit and cabinet.
