Excellent Model

I bot this microwave after doing some research to match my built in wall oven and a replacement for the existing one that gave up after 15 years. This turned out to be the perfect match with the right features and price. I love the performance and features that go with this model at this prices range. All in all an excellent model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible reliability

I am on my third microwave in a year and a half. Would not replace with a GE except all of my other appliances are GE.

It only worked for 2 months. Still came on but didn't heat at all.

I bought this 2 months ago to replace an 8 year old profile which started coming on when the door opened.
I'd hoped the trim kit would match, but I needed a new one which was almost as much as the microwave.
I rate microwave itself as average because is is noisier than the previous model and the rotating base plate squeaks regularly. Functions are easy to use, but hard to set for odd time increments like :45 seconds. Nothing major, but an announce.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
