Poor, hazardous product

In the last 2 years, I noticed it was not heating food thoroughly. Started clicking and sparking a couple of months ago when heating up anything and smelled like electrical burning. Very disappointed that there is not a recall on this fire hazard. What will it take.........a house burning down...........to get some attention!

Like other posts on this product review the magnetron has failed in similar fashion to others with scorching on the inside wall. Definitely a defective product that is dangerous to the consumer.

Lucky to not catch house on fire.

At least it lasted almost 7 years, but melted connectors and what looks like a melted magnetron, I am lucky not to have caught my house on fire.

Panel Burned or something. Nothing appears on it!!

Mine still works but the control panel stopped working all of a sudden. Nothing appears in the control panel. Reading these reviews Im afraid the thing can catch on fire now!!!

sparking like others

Microwave has been great but recently started shooting sparks and now has a scorch mark just like other pictures submitted here. Seems to be a known issue, I'm hoping GE support will reach out like others within the last few days.
