This microwave came with our new construction home! It is very powerful and easy to use. I love the express cook, use it all the time but I do have to adjust the cook power level because like I said this puppy can cook! Great product!!

Replacement after 7 years of Daily Useage

Our sales representative, Servco Appliance did the selection as we were unable to determine a built-in type of microwave (previously a GE built-in microwave). The recommended installer was very knowledged. Our kitchen is stainless steel with black; however this model is grey....strange match.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Adequate but not up to the older model

My 12 year old built-in GE Profile microwave died. So I bought today's equivalent model. Easy to install. Nice design. Performs adequately but not as well as the older model. Does not heat/thaw evenly.

I bought this oven a month ago as a replacement for a 13 year old GE microwave. The product controls and functions are similar to the old unit which made it easy to start using. Construciton of this unit seems lower quality and the cost of the trim and built-in wall kit was very expensive.

This is a replacement unit for my five year old built in which shorted out. It appears cheaply made and does not have many of the features the old unit had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
