Easy to use

The only problem I had was when I went to install the Bottom Duct to the bottom of the Microwave the instructions showed to attach 4 screws, but there was only one hole for the screws on the Microwave to attach the duct.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgraded all appliances in our kitchen and included this unit which was replacing one just like it that is now in my office at work. They are reliable and service free. Highly recommend as to value, functionality and trouble free.

I love it. We purchased it to replace a 15 yr old version. We had to modify the cabinet a tiny bit as the new one was just a little wider than the old. Otherwise it's just perfect.

This microwave was installed by our home builder. The unit is used on a daily basis and we have had no problems with the appliance since purchasing the home in late August.

Cheap and Disappointing

Bought this MW and the trim kit to replace a GE just like it after 18 years of use. We were very disappointed. Door latches are plastic. Trim kit is plastic (and looks it). There is not sufficient venting so water builds up and remains on all interior walls, and door. Must manually dry interior after each use even after a short 1 or 2 minute heating. Seriously considering taking it back and looking elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
