Nice compact microwave

Very adequate machine (800 watts) for most common functions. Keypad is not illuminated and operating instructions are somewhat minimal, but nice clean design.

The Profile Series is an upgrade from the previous model that I had chosen when the house was built 20 years ago. The Spacemaker served me well for two decades, so purchasing another GE was a no-brainer for me. The seemless design and quietness of operation make it the perfect choice.

Fits perfectly in a tricky spot above the oven

I spent a lot of time researching microwaves that would fit on a shelf that was installed above my kitchen oven. This is the only one that fit the dimensions exactly! The kitchen now looks custom built. Very happy with the purchase. I've received several compliments and it's only been up for a few days. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but worth it in the end.

A FAILED ITEM

This was a replacement of a previously used GE Undercounter Micro unit and is a failure compared to its' ancestor. Even the mounting holes were completely off and the installer mad to make their own choices for mounting.

This was a replacement for our 16 year old Profile. Is more attractive and easier to use. It is much quieter than our former microwave. The turntable is a huge improvement. Thanks GE!

Powerless for the price

Paid the builder for appliance upgrade and got this 'gutless' 800 watt microwave. Probably okay for an entry level unit but disappointing as part of a 'signature' kitchen package. Hard to find a unit with this low of power rating, even in discount stores.
