This is our third GE Spacesaver microwave....not happy with the materials of product and the prompts to operate....wish my old one still worked...

Tough install

This was purchsed to replace old model GE.Paint was peeling,parts were falling off and the key pad went bad.Hopefully new one will be better. I noticed an improvement in the design. Worse thing was the size 16/th of an inch larger which required pro. installation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad Timer

It's a microwave. It works like any other. I bought it to replace my old one that was the SpaceSaver model when I broke it. The timer is the worst. It beeps once and isn't very loud. If you happen to walk out of the room while it goes off, you will never know it went off. So, I don't advise using the timer feature unless you are sure you won't leave the kitchen, for even 30 seconds, or you will miss it. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but now I have to buy yet another gadget to sit on my counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Liked our last 8 year old Profile better

Loved our 8 year old GE Profile microwave but sadly it "bit the dust". This one is good, but the buttons are hard to push and the overall product doesn't seem to be of the same quality. It fills our needs however and is the only microwave that would fit our space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Product

This is the second oven of this type. It replaces one that was in excess of 12 years old. We have alwaysw had good success with GEapplicances, and the microwave oven is no exception. The only complaint is that the counter install kit iwfar too expensive for what it contains.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still Like GE Microwave

It is convenient to have for cooking many items. Hard to do without.
Only 2 feedback comments.
Hard to read the keyboard and hard to push button open the door.
Otherwise, we buy again, if needed.
Also, read the manual and follow the do's and don'ts.

I have had this for a week and so far great, wish it was like my old one , not a moving glass round unit. I like the solid glass rectangle bottom that my old one had. This did not have anything where you could turn off turntable. My old one was more powerful. Stuck with this one as it fit in the same builtin cabinet.
