Great microwave,for the money it costed I would expect it to have lighted controls but no such luck. It does fit our space well, it's not as deep as some other microwaves.

Our first GE profile lasted 18 years… Hope this new one does the same. Had no choice in replacing the first one because limited in cabinet space by 12 inch depth. At 800 W it’s not theStrongest microwave out there but it’s perfectly adequate. Easy to use simple features. Costs more than your average countertop microwave but you get what you pay for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quallity. Feels cheap. Very difficult to read panel: grey on black makes no sense.

Good fit for us

We needed a microwave that fits under the cabinetry. No problem! We had another GE Profile microwave and this machine seems to take a little longer to heat items up. We had the previous microwave for 18? years!

My only concern is that the buttons need to be pushed pretty hard to active the command, and the button to open the door also must be pushed pretty hard to open.

Great microwave with small footprint

This is just as much microwave as I need. It replaces a similar model I've had for 30 years. My only complaint is that it tips if you lean on the door at all.
