It's really lightweight and even opening the door moves it about. Would like it to be more substantial.

Lighting issue...

Everything is great — just as advertised. Only problem: I must use a small flashlight to view the lettering on the keypad. Maybe backlight?

This product was puchased to replace a GE mircowave that stopped working and it needed to fit a certain location.
It looks great but u can tell it was cheaply made and it certainly wasn't reflected in the price

I purchased this model to replace an earlier model and have it fit into the existing cabinet space. It was relatively simple to install and works very well.
