Small but good

This was the only microwave that would fit the space. It is much smaller than the microwave it replaced (a larger, older space saver GE microwave). Although it is too bad this one is smaller, it works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very happy with the customer service I have received from GE, but I have had to get the Profile series microwave serviced twice because the button on the door is not very durable. I have used GE products in the past that I purchased in stores, but this product was selected by my home builder. It looks great in my home, but I think GE needs to reconsider the cheap parts being used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a second Porfile. I should have checked further. It is only 800 watts and missing the features my old 12 year old one had. It is slow in cooking and heating. My suggestion is to only get one that is 1200 or more watts. I will give this one as a gift to one of the grandchildren and replace it.

Beautiful, Quiet & User Friendly

This is our second GE Microwave. Our older model worked so well (17 years old & still as good as new) that we decided to purchase this one. Everything about it is A+++ it's very quiet, very sleek & current looking and the performance is up to the great experiences we have had with all of our GE appliances. Keep up the great work GE!

Very Disappointed

I recently replaced our beloved GE microwave that we had approximately 10. years. We thought we were getting a very similar unit. This unit is such a disappointment. Although, the lines are beautiful, the buttons are almost impossible to push and the microwave cooking choices are not straight forward as they were in our previous unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features; especially, quick set up to 6 minutes, ADD 30 second at anytime, Power Level features.
Recommend using brighter white lettering on keyboard...would greatly improve visibility of selections.

IT WAS DIFFICULT TO INSTALL BECAUSE IT WAS LARGER BY JUST A FEW INCHES THEN ITS PREDECESSOR. NOT SURE WHY THE COMPANY CHOSE TO CHANGE ITS SIZE BUT IT WAS A CHALLENGE. ONCE INSTALLLED IT WORKS GREAT.

Takes a little longer to heat

I replaced a 12 year old GE profile microwave that was a 1200 watt so with the 800 watt it takes a little longer to heat food. Overall it’s a great microwave and would recommend it. I had limited choices due to the size of the built in enclosure.
