Terrific smaller microwave

Had a limited pre-existing area but didn’t want to compromise looks, efficiency and power. This model has it all. It does everything and has features that bigger units advertise. A winner!

This little microwave has everything we need in a microwave, and is easy to use. With the trim package, it fits well in the space where our old microwave was. We're very happy with it.

The microwave seems to work fine. It is a bit noisy and sounds like it starts out slow and builds up to full power. It was much more expensive than other microwaves; I assume that is because of the special dimensions. It's a shame because other than the size there isn't anything special enough about it to justify the added cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok but not as good as Monogram

I had to replace my monogram microwave with this profile one. I’m not happy with the features. When I press express with a number, food or strange things pop up in the display. I have to hit cancel and try it a few times before it works.

Replacement microwave

Unfortunately this is a replacement for my previous 8 yr old GE profile microwave. If it wasn’t for the fact that my old GE microwave was built in and I needed a small microwave, I probably would not have purchased GE. (And GE changed model sizes so the new one isn't an exact fit). Hopefully the new microwave lasts longer than 8 years.

This micro wave works just fine. The door opener button is very clunky and feels cheap. The labels for the different buttons are too small and difficult to read. I do wish they were back- lit so I could read them. Even with my kitchen light, the white lettering can’t be see. Al the very least , it should be a bolder and larger lettering. GE makes great product but the missed the mark on this one. Still the features all work great.
My other GE microwave that finally gave out was much easier to read the controls. Hope GE will improve on this model.
