I miss my older model that had to be replaced.

This newer 2020 model doesn't seem to be as good of quality as the older 2008 model. I am somewhat disappointed. It takes a stronger touch on the buttons. It doesn't seem to clean up as easily. And I don't like the timer at all! It rungs ONCE and shuts off. Not very useful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The turntable didn’t turn from the very first use. Had to schedule a repairman to come out and fix it. One of the wires was not connected to the turntable motor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Open close button flimsy

The open button is flimsy & fussy so requires 2 finger push dead center. Feels like it will be first thing that will go. Had a monogram before that was larger interior & glass tray inside stayed snug. This one is forever flipping off.
