Buttons are Hard to Read

Microwave works fine (same as previous version) but the buttons are almost illegible unless a bright line shines on the microwave. Black on Gray is not a good choice. Previous model had no issues with reading buttons. I would have returned it but it's the only model that fits in the built in space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

replacing same 20+ year unit because of size into custom cabinets. Older unit much better built and this unit is very over priced compared to the others on the market

I replaced a GE Spacemaker 2 which necessitated the trim kit. It was easy to install and looks great.

Looks great and fits perfectly under the cabinet. Fingerprints are an issue though and it's a bit pricey. This is the second one we've bought in five years. First one had a glitch with the door sensor but it's the only one we found that fit under the cabinet.

This is my second GE microwave since I remodeled my kitchen over 10 years ago. I purchased the newer model to replace the one I had because it’s such a good product. I would tell anyone to look into GE’s products for their kitchen.

Fabulous Space Saving Microwave!!

I love this microwave! I adore the fact that it mounts underneath a cabinet to save counter space! It has all the features you could ever want including sensor cooking which takes the guesswork out of rewarming leftovers!

Very Good Spacesaver Microwave

Since this is a replacement to my original model, we find it works very well on a positive note, but find the internal light is dim when unit is activated.
