Works great!

Very powerful and requires much less time than my old microwave. It also looks great with the trim kit installed in my kitchen island, although it isn’t a perfect fit and has space between the microwave and the trim. I really wish there was a better design for the interior rotating plate. Like older and cheaper models, the plate doesn’t stay secured in the middle and comes off of the plastic ring thingy. Overall, however, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend this product.

Countertop update

Very similar to my last GE 1.1 cu ft microwave, a little bit bigger in size, similar control panel and look. It has updated the computer panel, adding additional controls, e.g. what types if food are being reheated and what type of vegetables are being cooked (fresh, frozen or canned). One extra step but I like the options.

The microwave was delivered and installed with a dent above the control panel. I need a flashlight to read the control panel at night. It often takes several attempts for the option I select to actually kick in.

Perfect size!

I have an old kitchen with steel cabinets. I replaced an old, huge hood style microwave with this one. The size is absolutely perfect. It is not as powerful as my old unit. But it has not been an issue. I did put it over the cooktop. I have a ceiling vent fan.

We are 100% pleased with our GE profile series microwave. From re-heating a dinner plate, to warming a cup of soup, coffee, or tea, it’s performance is just what we hoped for.

I chose it for the size, to fit the same built-in space as my last MW oven. It works, & runs quietly, what I don’t like, you have to press the buttons hard! It is complicated to use all the features, with poor written directions.
